If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the order, as long as the product meets the basic return conditions listed below.

We stand by the effectiveness of our products. If you're not satisfied and see no improvement in your bone strength, posture, or confidence in 90 days, you may be eligible to receive the item for free.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions:
Thirmik's 90-Day Bone Restoration Guarantee may only apply to the first shipment of that order and may not cover damaged or opened products. As well, final sale offers are excluded.
Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no updates for 45 days, we will:
- File a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Send a replacement.
Stolen Packages
We take every measure to ensure the smooth delivery of our goods. That said, there are circumstances that are still outside of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we’ll assist you in locating it. However, we cannot issue compensation unless sufficient evidence is provided.
When contacting us, please prepare the following information:
- Details of the complaint
- Photo evidence of the complaint
- Your order number
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check that you’ve entered the correct address before placing your order. Note that after 2 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee any address changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their package. If an incorrect address is provided or the package is not claimed, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
Holiday and Seasonal Shipping Delays
During busier periods such as Christmas or other holidays, orders may take longer to arrive due to factors beyond our control. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and delivered.
- We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days, but delays may occur during peak periods.
- Refunds are not offered for items purchased as gifts that fail to arrive on time due to shipping delays.
Unique Health & Medical Restriction Cases
If you believe the supplement may interact with your prescribed medication or health conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to exercise due diligence by consulting their doctor before ordering, as is recommended with most supplements. If your healthcare provider advises against taking it due to a specific medical condition, please contact our support team. We review such cases individually as a courtesy; however, they are not covered under our standard refund policy.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You provide proof of purchase.

Claiming Refunds
You have 90 days from the delivery date to claim our guarantee on the first order of your purchase. Please note that any recurring orders after the first delivery will not be covered by the guarantee.
On a rare occasion, we might require that you destroy the product to qualify for a refund. This is to ensure that products we suspect are unsafe to consume are not accidentally ingested by other persons, pets or wildlife.
When cancelling an order, refunds are processed instantly and will reflect on your transaction statement based on your respective payment method.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- When processing refunds, there is often some processing time required by banks before a refund is reflected in your bank statement. We ask that you refrain from filing a dispute or chargeback request with your financial institution, as it will significantly prolong your refund process, sometimes taking over 75 days, depending on your bank, as they need to investigate thoroughly and review the case.
- PayPal refunds take effect instantly and will reflect on your PayPal balance in real-time.
- Contact your bank to investigate if the refund is not reflected in your bank statement after 14 days. Only after you still haven’t received your refund, contact us through our Contact Page or at hello@thirmik.com.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Thirmik monitors all claims to identify potential misuse or abuse of our refund policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will handle each request individually.
Refund requests must be approved, and misuse of the policy can lead to account suspension. Items returned without approval will be refused. Refunds may be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It’s your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
