You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if you’ve changed your mind.

Conditions for Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the hygienic nature of our items.

  • Items purchased using store credit or gift cards are non-refundable.

7-Day Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

  2. Contact us with the following:

    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

    • Photos of the shipping label.

Resolution Options:

  • We will issue a replacement

  • If the product appears to be non-functional, ensure it has been charged for at least 2-3 hours before contacting us.


Lost, Stolen, Misdelivered & Holiday Packages

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages:

If tracking shows no updates for 45 days, we will:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Send a replacement.

Stolen Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we’ll assist you in locating it. However, we cannot issue compensation unless sufficient evidence is provided.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages:

  • If you provide an incorrect address or fail to claim the package, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.

Holiday and Seasonal Shipping Delays

During busier periods such as Christmas or other holidays, orders may take longer to arrive due to factors beyond our control. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed and delivered.
