🧬

NAD+

500mg per serving
NAD+ provides essential energy for osteoblasts, the cells responsible for building new bone. By supporting cellular energy production and repair, it helps maintain strong, healthy bone formation and regeneration.
🍇

Trans-Resveratrol

260mg per serving
Resveratrol supports bone strength by improving blood flow to bone tissue and slowing down bone loss in areas like the hips and spine. It also enhances the effects of calcium and vitamin D, helping your body build and maintain stronger bones over time.
🌿

Quercetin

150mg per serving
Quercetin supports healthy bone turnover by boosting bone-building markers and reducing inflammation. It helps maintain a balanced cycle between bone formation.

NAD+ is Indispensable For Bone Repair

National Library Of Medicine • 2022
When NAD+ levels were reduced using an inhibitor, bone-forming activity decreased and mitochondrial function weakened. In other tests blocking NAD+ production also slowed bone fracture healing. The findings suggest that NAD+ plays a crucial role in directing stem cells toward bone formation rather than fat formation and is essential for proper bone repair and regeneration.

Regular Supplementation With Resveratrol Improves Bone Mineral Density in Postmenopausal Women

American Society for Bone and Mineral Research • 2020
The Resveratrol for Healthy Aging in Women (RESHAW) trial was a 24 month double blind placebo controlled study testing 150 mg of resveratrol per day. After 12 months, women taking resveratrol showed improved bone density in the lower spine and hip, a 7% reduction in bone breakdown markers, and better T scores with lower fracture risk. The benefits were even greater in women with poorer bone health and in those also taking vitamin D and calcium. Overall, regular resveratrol use helped slow bone loss and improve bone strength in key areas most prone to fractures.

Quercetin's Improvement On Bone Health In Postmenopausal women

The Japanese Society Bone and Mineral Research • 2025
This study investigated the effects of quercetin on bone health and inflammation in postmenopausal women over 90 days. Thirty-three healthy women took either 500 mg of quercetin or a placebo each day in a double-blind trial. Women who took quercetin showed increases in key bone formation markers and a decrease in inflammatory markers such as IL-6 and TNF-alpha compared to the placebo group.
